Erich horn

Erich Hupe (born March 19, 1932 in Minden ; † 1996 in Marburg ) was a German legal scholar in Marburg. His academic focus was criminal law.

Life

Horn studied at the University of Marburg jurisprudence . In 1955 he was reciprocated in the Corps Guestphalia Marburg . He passed the first state examination in 1958 and the second state examination in 1964. In 1967 he was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD. The University of Marburg appointed him in 1972 as full professor for criminology , criminal law and criminal procedure law . He died in office at the age of 64.
