Erik Gustaf Blomqvist (born January 5, 1879 in Tumba , † September 17, 1956 in Stockholm ) was a Swedish sports shooter .

Erik Blomqvist took part in the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912 and in Antwerp in 1920 . In 1912 he finished the individual competition with the free rifle in the three-position fight from tenth. In the team competition, he finished first with Mauritz Eriksson , Hugo Johansson , Carl Björkman , Bernhard Larsson and Gustaf Adolf Jonsson with a total of 5655 points ahead of Norway and Denmark and thus became Olympic champion . Blomqvist was Sweden's third best shooter with 962 points. At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he competed in seven rifle disciplines, all of which he finished in the top six except for the three-position fight in the individual with the free rifle. He was sixth three times and fifth twice. In the prone position with the army rifle, he finished with Erik Ohlsson , Mauritz Eriksson, Hugo Johansson and Gustaf Adolf Jonsson in the team competition behind the US and South African teams. With 58 points, he was the team's third-best shooter in this competition.

In 1914, Blomqvist became vice world champion in Viborg with the army rifle in the kneeling position .
