Erika Wex (born October 22, 1909 in Hamburg ; † July 10, 2004 ibid) was a German hockey player who played for the Harvestehuder Tennis and Hockey Club (HTHC) and in the national team.

Erika Wex came from a long-established Hamburg merchant family. At the age of eleven she joined the HTHC, where she played hockey for 67 years. In the club and with the national team, including together with Guschi Hargus , she won numerous international and German championships and was one of the most successful German hockey players.

In 1949 she was elected ladies warden in the DHB at the first post-war Bundestag of the German Hockey Federation and held this office until 1955. Until shortly before her death in July 2004, she was employed by a warehouse and forwarding company in the Port of Hamburg and, at 94, was considered the oldest female employee in the Port of Hamburg. She was an honorary member and chair of the HTHC's council of elders.

She raised four children with her hockey coach and husband, the Hamburg lawyer Arnold Wex.
