The Church of the Redeemer was consecrated on July 3, 1927. It is a three-aisled hall church made of natural stone masonry under a gable roof with a cornice . The church has a square tower in which three cast steel bells from the Bochum Association hang in 1927.
Faust organ
The Erlöserkirche houses an organ that was built in 1928 by the organ builder Paul Faust . The instrument has 32 stops on two manual works and a pedal ( cone chests ) and is one of the largest, completely preserved organs by the organ builder Faust. The playing and stop actions are pneumatic.
