Ernst-August Wolf

Ernst-August Wolf (born December 31, 1942 in Grave ) is a German politician ( SPD ). From 1994 to 2003 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Wolf attended elementary school in Grave and then middle school in Bodenwerder . With the secondary school leaving certificate he completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and later the master's examination. Until his election to the state parliament in 1994, he worked as a master mason in Hameln .

Wolf joined the SPD in 1971. From 1976 to 2001 he was on the council of the municipality of Hehlen, of which he was mayor from 1986 to 2001. He was also in the council of the joint municipality of Bodenwerder and a member of the Holzminden district council , where he was the parliamentary group chairman. From 1994 to 2003 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament, to which he was elected through a direct mandate in the constituency of 25 Holzminden .
