Ernst and Berta Scharrer Prize

The Ernst and Berta Scharrer Prize is a science prize endowed with 5,000 euros (as of 2020) that has been awarded by the German Society for Endocrinology to scientists working in Europe who are not older than 40 years and who are at the In the field of clinical and preclinical neuroendocrinology . The Ernst and Berta Scharrer Prize is sponsored by Lilly Deutschland GmbH and awarded annually at the annual conference of the German Society for Endocrinology. It was set up in honor of the German neuroendocrinologists Berta and Ernst Scharrer .
