Ernst Bernhard Schlegel
Ernst Bernhard Schlegel (born January 17, 1838 in Stockholm ; † December 8, 1896 there ) was a Swedish notary , genealogist , heraldist and topographer .
Life
His father was a wine merchant. He studied in Uppsala from 1854 to 1864 and then worked as an associate notary at the Chamber of Commerce .
He no longer pursued his civil service career , but dedicated himself to his research and the resulting publications.
