Ernst Heydweiller

Ernst Friedrich Karl Heydweiller (born February 21, 1860 in Kork ; † in the 20th century) was a German judge .

Life

Ernst Heydweiller was born the son of the court advisor Ernst Heydweiller and Frieda Nebenius. He received his doctorate and sworn in to the sovereign of Baden in 1883. In 1889 he was magistrate and in 1893 chief magistrate. In 1894 he became a district judge in Karlsruhe and in 1900 a senior judge there. In 1908 he came to the Reichsgericht in the second civil senate . In 1928 he retired. He was married to Minna Nokk, a daughter of Wilhelm Nokk and a grandson of Karl Friedrich Nebenius .
