Ernst Irtel
Ernst Irtel (born February 9, 1917 in Mühlbach (Sebeş) ; † July 8, 2003 at Horneck Castle in Gundelsheim ) was a music teacher and composer .
Life
After studying at the Klausenburger Musikakademie, he worked in Mühlbach until 1944, in Sibiu from 1944 to 1948 , then in Schäßburg until 1952 and in Mediasch as a music teacher and choir director from 1952 to 1987 . After moving to the Federal Republic of Germany , he lived in the home town of Transylvania at Horneck Castle in Gundelsheim . There he died on at the age of 87.
