Ernst Vogtherr

Ernst Vogtherr (born September 18, 1902 in Treuchtlingen ; † August 22, 1966 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Vogtherr is studying law and political science at the University of Würzburg .

In 1931 he was appointed as a court assessor at the district court of Ludwigshafen am Rhein , whereupon he was appointed district attorney at the district court of Bad Dürkheim on October 1, 1932 . Only one year later, on November 1, 1933, he was dismissed from this post for "political unreliability".

In May 1934, he received in Immenstadt admission as a lawyer , which he was originally also failed for political reasons.

From February 26, 1946 to June 13, 1946 he was a member of the Provincial Advisory Committee (pre-parliament). On July 15, 1947, he succeeded the resigned MP Bauer in the Bavarian state parliament of the 1st legislative period, where he was a member of the committee for legal and constitutional questions from January 9, 1948.

On October 13, 1948, he resigned his state parliament mandate for personal reasons. His substitute was Peter Schöllhorn .
