Ernst Wichelhaus

Ernst Wichelhaus (born December 2, 1865 in Elberfeld (now part of Wuppertal ); † December 11, 1943 in Schosnitz , Lower Silesia Province ) was a German administrative lawyer and manor owner .

Life

Ernst Wichelhaus studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn Law . In 1887 he became a member of the Corps Palatia Bonn . After completing his studies and doctorate , he entered the Prussian civil service and became a government assessor at the Wroclaw district government .

From 1902 to 1919 Wichelhaus was district administrator for the district of Wroclaw . He was the owner of the Schosnitz manor ( 1937–1945 Reichbergen ), where he lived until his death.
