The Erratic Valley ( English Foundling Valley ) is a short valley on the east coast of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . To the north it is connected to the Ablation Valley .

It is named after the large number of boulders that a team from the University of Aberdeen came across when mapping the area between 1978 and 1979.
