Ervin Gashi (born August 27, 1990 ) is a Kosovar - Swiss football player .
Career
Ervin Gashi comes from the talent factory of FC Thun, but was also used in the U21 of the city of Bern in 2009 as part of the cooperation with the BSC Young Boys . On December 5, 2009 he made his debut in the first team of FC Thun in the game against FC Gossau , in Switzerland's second-highest division, the Challenge League .
At the end of May 2010, Ervin Gashi signed a two-year contract with FC Thun (with the option for a third year). The club won the Challenge League championship in the 2009/10 season and was promoted to the Axpo Super League .
Under the leadership of Rüdiger Böhm , Gashi is still on the upswing as a regular player in the Thun U21s (who moved up to the first division in 2010 ). At the time of the start of the second half of the season in March 2011, the team is the most successful of all ten U21 teams in the first division. Due to his performances there, the young defender is consistently recommended for the first team, for which he was used for the first time in the top Swiss league on July 17, 2010 against the Young Boys (substitution in the 88th minute).
