Esbjorn Hagberg
Esbjörn Hagberg (* 1950 in Västerås ) is a Swedish Lutheran theologian and bishop .
Life
After finishing school, Hagberg studied Protestant theology in Sweden. In 1975 Hagberg was ordained in the diocese of Västerås . He held pastor's posts in Grängesberg and Enköping and served from 1998 to 2002 at the Johannelund Theological University , where he was also a lecturer in poimenics . From 2002 until his retirement in 2016 he was bishop in the diocese of Karlstad .
