Esther-Mirjam de Boer

Esther-Mirjam de Boer (* 1968 ) is a Swiss entrepreneur , CEO and board member . As a former president of the Association of Women's Businesses, she volunteers to promote female entrepreneurship. De Boer studied architecture at the ETH Zurich , is married and has a daughter.

In 2002 Esther-Mirjam de Boer founded the consulting company UR Management GmbH, which she still manages today. Since 2016 she has also been co-owner and CEO of GetDiversity GmbH, which recruits and places women for board members.

De Boer's previous professional positions include various positions at Swissair and deputy management at the Swiss furniture design company Wogg.
