Esther Fennel (born December 31, 1981 ) is a former German cyclist . She was twice Bavarian mountain champion and once North Rhine-Westphalian mountain champion. She achieved her most important international placement to date in 2013 as fourth on the Czech Tour .

Fennel ended her active cycling career at the end of 2014.
