The Estoril Open 2010 was a tennis tournament of the WTA Tour 2010 for women and a tennis tournament of the ATP World Tour 2010 for men, which took place simultaneously from May 3rd to 9th, 2010. It was the 21st edition of the tennis clay court tournament in Oeiras, Portugal .
The defending champion in the singles was Albert Montañés for the men and Yanina Wickmayer for the women. The defending champion was Eric Butorac and Scott Lipsky in men's doubles, and Raquel Kops-Jones and Abigail Spears in women's doubles .
