Eszter Pap (born June 3, 1993 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian triathlete and triathlon state champion (2014).

Career

Eszter Pap started triathlon when he was eleven. Since 2008 she has been a member of the Hungarian Heraklesz elite sport sponsorship.

Junior Vice European Champion Duathlon 2009

In May 2009 Eszter Pap became vice European champion in the junior duathlon.

From 2008 to 2010 Eszter Pap started in Hungary for the ORTRI association, and since 2011 she has been a member of her old association Triatlon Villám (Budapest) and its elite team and attends the Csik Ferenc Általános Iskola és Gimnázium.

Junior Vice World Champion Aquathlon 2010

In 2010 she became Junior Vice World Champion Aquathlon in Budapest.

In 2011 Pap won the bronze medal at the Junior European Championships in Pontevedra and was fourth in the mixed relay with Eszter Dudás , Dávid Pap and Gabor Hanko.
This year Eszter Pap also took part - at the age of 17 as a junior - for the first time in the German Bundesliga (2nd Bundesliga North) as an elite legionnaire and competed for EJOT Team TV Buschhütten . At the opening triathlon in Gladbeck (May 15, 2011), Pap achieved the second-best time in the individual ranking and was behind her three ex-aequo first-placed team-mates Charlotte Morel , Mignon Vatlach and Scarlet Vatlach. At the second Bundesliga competition in Gütersloh (May 22, 2011), Pap was first in the individual ranking and her club again won the gold medal. This enabled her club to achieve promotion to the 1st Bundesliga.

Triathlon state champion 2014

In July 2014, the then 21-year-old triathlon national champion. Her brother Dávid Pap (* 1995), who is two years younger , also takes part in ITU competitions. It has not appeared internationally since 2014.

Eszter Pap lives in Zalaegerszeg .
