Eteoklos (son of Iphis)
Eteoklos ( Greek Ἐτέοκλος ) was the son of Iphis in Greek mythology . He was the winner in the race at the first Nemean Games in honor of the king's son Opheltes.
According to some sources, he took part in the march of the Adrastos of the seven against Thebes and stood opposite Megareus at the Neiti gate . He was killed by Leades . Pausanias reported of an Argive consecration gift in Delphi , which represented Eteoklos among the seven generals.
