Ethereal Shroud ( English ethereal shroud ) is a depressive black metal and funeral doom project founded in 2013 .

history

The Briton Jow Hawker has been running Ethereal Shroud as his solo project since 2013. Initially, he withheld information about himself. In the same year he made his debut with Absolution | Emptiness , which, depending on the source, is rated as a self-published demo or full studio album. Only after the publication did he establish a reference to himself. Two years after Absolution | Emptiness , They Became the Falling Ash was released , which was released as CD and Grimoire Cassette Cvlture as MC in cooperation with Northern Silence Productions . They Became the Falling Ash received international recognition. Webzines such as Angry Metal Guy, Crossfire Metal and Metalstorm praised the album.
