Etting is a part of the municipality of Polling (near Weilheim) . The place is on Olympiastraße south of Weilheim in Upper Bavaria .

history

The first traces of human settlement in Etting are barrows from the Bronze Age .

With the community edict of 1818 , the community Etting, which belonged to the Weilheim district court , came into being.

In May 1978 this area, together with Oderding, became the unified municipality of Polling.
