Yours (son of pterelaus)
Yours ( Greek Εὐήρης ) is a figure in Greek mythology .
Yours was a son of Pterelaus , king of the Tapheans. He and his five brothers went to Mycenae with many Taphi and, as descendants of Mestor , their maternal grandfather, they demanded rule over this land. Because the Mycenaean king Elektryon rejected their claim, they robbed his herds of cattle. Electryon's sons then attacked the sons of Pterelaos, and the fighting killed each other. Of the Pterelaids, only yours survived, because he had guarded the ships in the meantime.

Remarks
- ^ So the text handed down in the library of Apollodor 2, 4, 6, 1, § 54; according to the library of Apollodor 2, 4, 5, 1, § 49, however, Mestor was rather the great-great-grandfather of yours.
