Mestor (son of Perseus)
Mestor ( Greek Μήστωρ ) is one of the sons of Perseus and Andromeda in Greek mythology , so was of divine descent from Zeus , the father of Perseus. As siblings he had the brothers Alkaios , Sthenelos , Heleios , Perses , Kynouros and Elektryon as well as the sister Gorgophone . Mestor was married to Lysidike , one of the numerous daughters of Pelops , and with her they had Hippothoë , who - robbed and seduced by Poseidon - gave birth to Taphios .
