Eugen Mühlhauser

Eugen Mühlhauser is a Bavarian farmer from Hausen near Garching an der Alz .

From 1961 to 1986 Mühlhauser was local chairman of the Bavarian Farmers' Association in Garching ad Alz, from 1971 to 1981 he was also deputy district chairman in the Altötting district association .

Between 1970 and 1983 Mühlhauser was director of the local machine ring. A machine ring is a rural self-help organization. From 1968 he worked as a hail appraiser , from 1973 as a field damage appraiser . Mühlhauser was twice a member of Garching's municipal council: the first time from 1966 to 1972 and then again from 1978 to 1990. In addition, until 1997 he served as an honorary judge at the finance court in Munich for almost 25 years .

In his various functions, Mühlhauser strongly advocated the interests of farmers in the Altötting district.
