Euler is an impact crater on the moon that is located in the southern half of the Mare Imbrium . The most notable object in its vicinity is Mons Vinogradov , located west-southwest . To the southwest of the lunar crater Euler rises a series of low ridges, with the small crater Natasha and the even smaller Jehan . About 200 kilometers to the east-northeast lies the Lambert crater , which is similar in size to Euler.
The edge Euler is surrounded by a low wall. It is slightly terraced on the inner surface. There is a slight elevation in the middle of the crater floor. The crater has a smaller radiation system that extends over 200 kilometers.
