description

The succulent Euphorbia baliola grows as a small shrub. The thickened root goes into the shoot and this forms a somewhat spherical body up to 10 centimeters wide and 7.5 centimeters high. It is divided into diamond-shaped sections of about 12 millimeters wide warts. Upright branches up to 5 centimeters long and about 7 millimeters in diameter are formed. On these branches there are warts up to 6 millimeters long and 2 millimeters wide in spiral rows.

The inflorescence is formed from individual cymes , 2 to 4 of which are located at the tips of the branches. They stand on inflorescence stalks up to 6 millimeters long, on which there are also four long-lasting bracts . In the up to 5 millimeters large cyathia there are woolly, white colored male flowers. The elongated nectar glands stand individually and are dark brown in color. They have three to four short growths on the edge. The ovary is sessile and densely covered with white hair. Nothing is known about the fruit and the seed.
