Euro Offroad Series 2017/18
The Euro Offroad Series 2017/18 (EOS) is the seventh season of the Euro Offroad Series , a racing series for radio-controlled model cars in Europe.
This season there will be another five races. All the venues are returning from the previous season, with the race being moved from the Nürburgring to nearby Daun .
Classes and regulations
It is driven with radio-controlled model cars on a scale of 1:10. All vehicles are powered by electric motors.
No major changes to the regulations were made in the preseason. Once again, four classes will be held: one each for 4WD and 2WD buggies and one each for modified and stock stadium trucks. Only in the Stadium Truck Stock class is the motor limited to a standard Muchmore motor with 13.5 windings , all others have free motor choice.
In order to maintain equal opportunities, standard Schumacher tires are required in every class.
The sporting process provides for free training sessions, preliminary runs and three finals for each class. In these finals, the two best of each driver are rated, and thus the overall rating is determined.
