The euro engineering AG was founded in 1994, development service . It was in 2018 through a merger with the divisions IT and Life Sciences of DIS AG for Modis GmbH renamed.

Together with the sister company euro engineering Aerospace , which disappeared from the market a few years ago, euro engineering AG has a nationwide network of over 40 branches and has around 2,100 employees on its team.

Starting with product development, euro engineering AG offers services that are based on the typical engineering process - from conception through development, construction, calculation and testing to project management and documentation. The industry focuses include mechanical and plant engineering, vehicle and electrical engineering, construction, precision engineering and process engineering, as well as hardware and software development. The company bundles specialized know-how in the supraregional areas of aerospace, automation & robotics, rail technology, chemical plant construction and commercial vehicles.

In the 2009 financial year, the AG generated annual sales of around EUR 111 million. In 2011 this amounted to around 137 million euros.
