European Union of Christian Democratic Workers

The European Union of Christian Democratic Workers is the workers' organization of the European People's Party . It was founded in Brussels in 1977. Its chairman is Elmar Brok and its general secretary is Ivo Belet . The European Union of Christian Democratic Workers is pro-European. Former chairmen include Hans Katzer , Jean-Claude Juncker and Miet Smet .
