The European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy - Science and Practice , abbreviated Eur. J. Hosp. Pharm. Sci. Pract. , is a scientific journal published by BMJ-Verlag. The journal was founded under the name European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy - Practice and kept this name until 2011 (Volume 17). It has been published under its current name since 2012. Due to a misprint, the volume count in 2012 began with volume 19, so there is no volume 18 of this journal.
