Heinrich Noelle

Heinrich Noelle (* 22. September 1891 in Ottweiler , † 7. September 1964 in Wiesbaden ) was a German jurist , district and provincial government .

Life

In 1922 Noelle worked as a government assessor for the district administrator in Bad Freienwalde (Oder) . Noelle was a member of the German Democratic Party (DDP). He later moved to the Prussian Ministry of the Interior. From 1925 he worked for the government in Kassel . From 1929 to 1933 Noelle served as district administrator in the Melsungen district .

After the Second World War he was appointed Vice President of the Government of Wiesbaden in 1946 and served as President of the Government in the same from 1948 to 1956. In 1946 he was one of the founders of the CDU in Wiesbaden.

He published the magazines “Die neue Verwaltung” and “Zeitschrift für Staats- und Kommunalverwaltung”.
