Arnold Schuster

Arnold Schuster (born March 11, 1890 in Cubach , † August 1, 1969 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German politician ( FVP , DDP , CDU ) and a member of the state assembly advising the constitution (Greater Hesse) , a predecessor of the Hessian state parliament .

Life

Schuster attended the elementary school in Kubach and the humanistic grammar school Philippinum Weilburg . After graduating from high school, he studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg , the Friedrich Wilhelms University in Berlin and the Philipps University in Marburg . He completed his studies in Marburg with both state exams and a doctorate to become a Dr. iur. (1917). He then worked as a court assessor, government assessor, councilor, district administrator, and until 1933 as senior government councilor. With the seizure of power released by the Nazis from the government service, he was from 1935 to 1943 furniture dealers in casting .

Arnold Schuster had been a member of the Progressive People's Party since 1910. After 1918 he became a member of the Democratic Party or the German State Party until it was dissolved. In 1945 he became a member of the CDU. 1945–1948 he was district administrator of the Untertaunuskreis and from July 15, 1946 to November 30, 1946 a member of the state assembly of Greater Hesse that advised the constitution.
