C. de Witt Smith

C. de Witt Smith († August 19, 1865 in Rocky Bar , Alturas County , Idaho ) was Secretary of the Territory in the Idaho Territory and, in 1865, acting governor of the territory. After his death, Horace C. Gilson took office as acting governor.
