Eurypon

Eurypon ( ancient Greek Εὐρυπῶν ) is considered in Greek mythology as the eponymous ancestor of the Spartan royal house of the Eurypontids . In the older sources he is called the son of Prokles , in the younger son of Soos ; he is the father of Prytanis . Eurypon is said to have waged wars against Arcadia .
