Eva Bosch

Eva Bosch (born September 30, 1941 in Oderberg ) is an Austrian painter and graphic artist .

Life

She attended the Werkkunstschule Offenbach am Main in 1964/1965 , learned life drawing from Horst Strempel at the Berlin-Weißensee School of Art in 1968/69 and studied painting and graphics at the University of Artistic and Industrial Design in Linz from 1977 to 1982 . In 1991 she was a laureate of the International Senefelder Foundation in Offenbach am Main. Since 1982 she has presented her works in solo and group exhibitions, mainly in Austria and Bavaria . In 2001 she was given the professional title of Professor . The artist is a member of the Upper Austrian Art Association and succeeded Fritz Fröhlich as Vice President.

Works

In her work she goes from studying nature to abstract designs. Among other things, she was entrusted with the design of the deaconess hospital in Linz . She designed the facade of her house in Linz at the corner of Martingasse and Schweizerhausgasse. Some of her works are in the art collection of the province of Upper Austria.
