Eva Alina Hög (born March 4, 1928 in Pietarsaari ) is a former Finnish cross-country skier .

Hög, who started for the IF Pedersöre-Pojkarna and the Gamlakarleby IF , ran in 1956 at the Svenska Skidspelen in Falun and at the Lahti Ski Games in third place over 10 km. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1958 , she finished ninth over 10 km. The following year she became Finnish champion over 5 km and 10 km and took fourth place over 10 km at the Lahti Ski Games. In her only Olympic participation in February 1960 in Squaw Valley , she achieved 17th place over 10 km. In 1960, 1961 and 1962 she ran at the Lahti Ski Games in fifth place and in 1963 in sixth place over 10 km. In 1961 she came in second place in the Svenska Skidspelen with the relay.
