Eva Marcelle Pigford (born October 30, 1984 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American model who became known as the winner of the third season of the American reality show America's Next Top Model . She also works as an actress .

life and career

Eva Marcelle Pigford was born on October 30, 1984 in Los Angeles, California to African-American parents. She attended Raymond Avenue Elementary School, Marina Del Rey Middle School, and Washington Preparatory High School (2002). Furthermore the Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.

She became known in 2004 through the American reality show America's Next Top Model , in which she emerged as the winner of the third season. On the show she was often referred to as "Eva the Diva" because she often messed with her competitors and wanted to prove that, despite her size, she was just as good as the others. After the show, Pigford initially successfully entered the modeling industry, but began acting after a short time.

In 2013 she played the leading female role in the music video J'accélere by the French rapper Rohff .
