Eva Birgitta Olsson (born September 2, 1951 in Stockholm ) is a former Swedish cross-country skier .

Career

Olsson, who started for the Delsbo IF , took 23rd place over 10 km, 15th place over 5 km and eighth place with the relay at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo . Four years later, she achieved fifth place and fourth place with the relay at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck over 5 km and over 10 km. Her best placements at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1978 were seventh place over 20 km and fourth place with the relay. In the same year she was third in the Svenska Skidspelen over 10 km. At the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid , she came in 12th place over 5 km, tenth place over 10 km and sixth place with the relay. In Swedish championships she won four times over 5 km (1973, 1975-1977), four times over 10 km (1972, 1973, 1976, 1978), four times over 20 km (1976-1978, 1980) and six times with the relay of Delsbo IF (1973-1978).
