Eva Pagels (born 31 October 1954 ) is a former hockey - national player .

Eva Pagels (now married Plotek) was a hockey player with Eintracht Braunschweig . She was called up early on in the German women's national hockey team, in which she played a total of 61 times for Germany. With her club, in which she was used both in field hockey and in the hall, she was 1973, 1974 and 1975 German champion in indoor hockey and 1974-76 and 1978 German champion in field hockey. With the German national team she won the silver medal at the world championships in field hockey in 1978 and 1979. The highlight of her career was winning the gold medal in field hockey in 1981. For this achievement she was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf in 1981. She made a total of 61 international matches. In addition, it was accepted into the honor portal of sports in Lower Saxony in 1988.
