Eva Prischl

Eva Prischl (born December 5, 1962 in Lilienfeld ) is an Austrian politician of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). She has been a member of the Federal Council since March 2018 .

Life

After finishing elementary and secondary school in Wilhelmsburg, Eva Prischl attended the federal trade school in St. Pölten from 1977 to 1980 . Since 1980 she has been a municipal clerk at the municipal administration of St. Pölten, where she is in charge of tourism .

She has been a member of the Wilhelmsburg municipal council since 2010. Since March 22, 2018, she has been a member of the Federal Council delegated by the Lower Austrian state parliament , where she is a member of the health committee, the committee for civil rights and petitions, the committee for agriculture, forestry and water management and the equal treatment committee. She was a member of the Environment Committee until June 13, 2018, and has also been a member of the Children's Rights Committee and the Economic Committee since June 14, 2018.
