Evangelia Tzampazi

Evangelia Tzampazi (born October 5, 1960 in Serres ) is a Greek politician.

Tzampazi completed her training in business administration and management as well as marketing in 1981 and then worked at the North Greek State Theater until 1986. She then worked as an employee and from 2001 as the head of a company for orthopedic products.

She has been a member of the Panellinio Sosialistiko Kinima since 1984 and was a member of the European Parliament for the European Social Democratic Party from July 20, 2004 to July 13, 2009 .

Tzampazi is wheelchair dependent and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Panhellenic Union of Paraplegics , the Greek national organization for people with reduced mobility, and the Greek National Disabled Association. She took part in national and European swimming championships for the disabled and reached the medal ranks nationally.
