The Mtisch Gospel Book is an illustrated manuscript in Church Slavonic in Cyrillic script from the 14th century, probably from the area around Minsk . It contains parts of the Gospels of the New Testament in semi-uncials on 187 sheets of parchment . The text is written in two columns in 24 lines. It contains about 350 initials and some figurative and ornamental representations and decorations.

A note from the 16th century at the beginning of the manuscript reports that the mayor of Minsk Wassil Lach gave the manuscript to St. Juri Church in Mtish. In 1889 she came to Vilnius from Minsk . Today it is in the library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences in Vilnius.
