The tolerance prayer house was built from 1820 to 1823 as a simple hall building in the Haufendorft part on the eastern slope. In 1845 a parish was named. From 1872 to 1873 the church was restored and a south tower with a pyramidal dome was added and divided with brackets. The five-bay nave is vaulted with narrow transverse vaults between belts on pilaster strips. The gallery on iron supports extends over three sides of the nave. The pulpit altar is from 1872. The former altarpiece Christ on the Mount of Olives was painted by Carl Hauser in 1872. The organ was built by Karl Seidelmann in 1839.

The rectory as a two-story Biedermeier house was built from 1846 to 1847. A balcony on pillars and a gable was built in 1906.
