The Evangelical Lutheran parish church Kukmirn is in the market town of Kukmirn in the Güssing district in Burgenland . The church belongs to the Superintendentur AB Burgenland and is a listed building .

history

In 1600, in the territory of the Batthyány family , a Protestant parish Kukmirn was mentioned in a document. The current church was built between 1784 and 1786 as a tolerance church. The tower with an onion helmet was added in 1811. The tower has a Roman pillar base. The church was restored from 1971 to 1977 outside and 1975 inside.

The nave without yoke division has a circumferential gallery on heavy Tuscan columns.

Furnishing

The classical pulpit altar is from the end of the 18th century and shows the crucifixion altarpiece . The baptismal font gives the year 1867.
