Evelin Dahm (* 1978 in Potsdam ) is a German pop - singer and a trainer for horses and riders.

Career

Evelin Dahm grew up with parents and two siblings in the Mark Brandenburg . She received ballet and riding lessons from the age of five. At the age of 13 she was appointed to the dressage squad due to her achievements in equestrian sport. At the age of 15 she was given a dressage horse by the Berlin-Brandenburg regional association, with which she was included in the performance squad. She trained under renowned dressage trainers. At the age of 16 she was one of the first D-squad riders in the Federal Republic of Germany.

At 13, she also played a leading role as Laura in the last DEFA film Stein , directed by Egon Günther . After the fall of the Wall, Evelin Dahm played Götz George's daughter in the movie by Peter Stripp , Ich und Christine in 1993 . Further acting engagements followed.

In 1993 she took singing lessons at the Potsdam Music School. After graduating from high school, she studied history and cultural studies from 1999 and German studies from 2000; She completed her studies in 2006 with a master's degree from the Free University of Berlin .

In 2002 Evelin Dahm received a contract as a singer with Favorite Records from Karl Völkel, who produced a long-play CD but did not publish it. The first single was released from this CD; in addition, from 2004 onwards she produced several small music video clips.

From 2001 Evelin Dahm received private acting training from Jürgen Karl Klauß as a mentor and with other, various lecturers. In July 2006 she came to Jack White Productions AG, who signed a three-year contract (record deal) with her. On September 9, 2006, her first major TV debut was in the Hansi-Hinterseer show. This was followed by other appearances (including at the José Carreras Gala 2006 and the UNESCO Gala in Cologne). In 2008 she recorded a charity CD together with the former CEO of Daimler-Benz AG, Edzard Reuter.

Since 2009 she has been involved in various projects as a singer and musician, u. a. at "LiebeAgadir".

Evelin Dahm has been working as a trainer for horses and riders since 2004.
