The Evermann Bank ( English for wet Cold Fenn ) is characterized by rocks and boulders shore area on Bird Iceland in the archipelago of South Georgia in the South Atlantic . It lies between Stejneger Peak and the head end of Evermann Cove and is visited by the Antarctic fur seals.

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1982 based on the bay of the same name. Its namesake is the American ichthyologist Barton Warren Evermann (1853-1932), who worked for the US Bureau of Fisheries between 1891 and 1914 for the protection of fur seals .
