Eversholt Rail Group (formerly HSBC Rail ), headquartered in London, is one of the three large leasing companies for railway vehicles in Great Britain, which as part of the privatization of British Rail in 1996 took over the locomotives , railway wagons and multiple units and rent them to the railway companies (so-called rolling stock companies or ROSCOs ).
