The Breitenhagen ferry is a ferry connection on the Elbe between Tochheim in Zerbst / Anhalt on the east bank and Alt Tochheim in Barby on the west side. The owner is the city of Barby. The ferry is a non-motorized yaw ferry , so it is driven by the current of the river. The ferry operates daily. The ferry can be used by pedestrians , riders, cyclists , cars , trucks , buses and agricultural vehicles. The prices for a crossing in 2018 were between 50 cents for a child and 11 euros for a semi-trailer .
