Fährstrasse 6 a (Stralsund)
The building with the postal address Fährstraße 6a is a listed building on Fährstraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Bechermacherstraße .
The two-storey , three-axle , plastered gable house was built in the middle of the 17th century. The model was probably the house at Badenstrasse 42 .
The multi-storey gable shows three rows of round-arched panels separated horizontally by double cornices , some of which are windowed through. They are separated vertically by cleaning pilasters . Volutes and an arched end define the outline of the gable.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered with the number 162 in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund .
