Algeciras CF is a Spanish football club from the Andalusian city of Algeciras . The club, founded in 1912, currently plays in the Tercera División .
history
The Andalusian association Algeciras CF was founded in 1912. It would take until the 1956/57 season before the Andalusians could compete in the Segunda División for the first time . In the meantime, Algeciras was represented in the second Spanish division for nine seasons.
Stadion
Algeciras CF plays in the Estadio Nuevo Mirador , which has a capacity of 7,500 spectators. The stadium is one of the newer of its kind and was only inaugurated in 1999.
